Role Objective:

At Bravado Designs, our purpose is to inspire every new Mom to breastfeed and help support her to succeed in her breastfeeding journey.

We believe our success is dependent on the superior design in our products and a very strong collaboration and bond between our sales, design and marketing teams to deliver a great brand experience.

The Sales Support Coordinator role will support the North American Sales team by executing and coordinating an array of sales and administrative tasks. The Sales Support Coordinator will support and facilitate, as required, the sales team’s activities to maximize team performance and aid in the growth of Bravado Designs.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Compile and prepare sales materials, samples and other sales support collateral for packaging and distribution to external groups as required
  • Ensure excellence of all sales-related materials
  • Assist the Account Executives in organizing Product Knowledge sessions and materials as required
  • Assist Sales Manager and Sales Director in registration, set-up and follow-up, internally and externally, of trade shows
  • Coordinate and ship all collateral materials for events such as tradeshows, conferences, and other sales events
  • Coordinate tradeshow orders and set ups, as required
  • Support sales team account follow-up and set-up according to the “sell-in” calendar
  • Assist in the achievement of sales objectives by providing support to Sales team in sales presentations and materials, and other sales related activities
  • Other administrative duties as required

 

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  • Post-secondary education is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales coordination, administration in wholesale, with independent accounts and major retailers is preferred
  • Demonstrated administrative and organizational abilities with well-developed time management skills
  • Intermediate or better skills using Microsoft Suite, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Proven skills using sales software, such as Salesforce, are an asset
